Gauri Jadhav: Gauri Jadhav Played by Neha Gadre is a young 18-year-old girl who is from a small town called Shirgaon. A daughter of Parshuram and Suman Jadhav, Gauri is energetic, Bubbly and full of life and smiles at life and the small things it has to offer. Gauri enjoys time out with her cattle and spends hours talking to them. Gauri thinks God as her best friend and shares all her qualms and fears with him and talks to him about all the happenings in her life.

Nikhil Mohite: Nikhil Mohite played by Kashyap Parulekar is a complete city lad from Mumbai. A college student, Nikhil is about 21years of age and enjoys time out with his friends. His friends are his life and he gets his share of love from them as he shares an estranged relation with his mother and constantly caves for her love. Neerja, is also a part of his friend circle and Nikhil and Neerja are in love with each other. Nikhil is the only son with 2 sisters and he shares a warm relation with them.

Neerja Vaidya: Neerja Vaidya, played by Nisha Shah, is a young modern city girl. She is about 18-20years of age and loves partying. A party animal, Neerja is an extrovert who is always dressed in western outfits. For Neerja, Love starts and ends with Nikhil.

Anna Mohite: Anna Mohite, played by Dr. Sharad Bhutaditya, is Nikhil Mohite's grandfather. Anna resides at Shirgaon, the native place of the Mohite's. Nikhils family has moved to Mumbai and Anna still longs for Nikhils father to return to their wada in Shirgaon for good. Anna is also greatly attached to his village and has a close knit relation with the fellow villagers.

Avinash Mohite: Avinash Mohite, played by Marathi televisions leading actor, Uday Tikekar is Nikhils father and a successful business tycoon in Mumbai. Avinash Mohite eats sleeps and lives business. For Avinash, his business and its growth means everything. Avinash has his roots in Shirgaon and gets nostalgic when he hears the mention of it.

Anuraddha Mohite: Anuradha Mohite, played by the veteran actress, Varsha Usgaonkar, is a calm & quiet introvert lady. Anuradha is Nikhils mother and they share a rough relation and have not been on talking terms for over 15years. Anuradha is a typical business mans wife involved in social work and is a member of various organizations.

Prabha Aatya: Prabhay Aatya played by renowded Marathi Actress Seema Deshmukh is Nikhil's aunt. A widow, Prabha Aatya now stays with Anna in Shirgaon. She has shifted from Mumbai after the demise of her husband. Prabha aatya is a docile person who wants to help bridge the gap between Anna and the Mohite family in Mumbai.
